Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Vector Booster Toolkit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.vectorvolumebot.com and all associated services provided by Vector Booster Toolkit ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Vector Booster Toolkit provides automated services for Solana blockchain tokens, including:

Volume Bot

Automated trading volume generation using multiple maker wallets to create organic-looking buy and sell transactions for your token on Vector.fun and other Solana DEXs.

Auto-Broadcast

Automated X.com (Twitter) reply system that monitors Vector.fun broadcasts and posts promotional replies using randomized templates and timing to simulate organic engagement.

Fake Copy-Trade

24-hour wallet monitoring service that automatically copies trades from a target wallet address to create the appearance of copy-trading activity on your Vector.fun profile.

Eligibility and Account

You must meet the following requirements to use our services:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Own or control a Solana-compatible wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and all activities that occur through your wallet connection. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your wallet credentials.

Payment and Fees

Service Fees

All services require payment in SOL (Solana). Fees are clearly displayed before you initiate a campaign and include:

• Volume Bot: 0.9% of total trading volume + wallet service fees
• Auto-Broadcast: 0.004 SOL per reply
• Copy-Trade: 0.01 SOL per wallet for 24-hour service

Payment Terms

Payment must be sent to the designated wallet address within 15 minutes of campaign creation. Campaigns will not begin until payment is confirmed on the blockchain. All payments are final and non-refundable once campaign execution begins.

Blockchain Fees

You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with transactions. These fees are not included in our service pricing and are paid directly to the Solana network.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use our services for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering
• Promote scam tokens, rug pulls, or fraudulent projects
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Violate third-party platform terms (Vector.fun, X.com, etc.)
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse our services
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' campaigns or platform operations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you engage in prohibited activities, without refund.

Disclaimers and Risks

No Investment Advice

Our services are promotional and marketing tools only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about campaign results, token price appreciation, trading volume outcomes, or market reactions. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Platform downtime, blockchain congestion, or third-party service failures may affect campaign execution.

Third-Party Platform Risks

Our services interact with third-party platforms (Vector.fun, X.com, Solana blockchain). These platforms may change their terms, ban accounts, or restrict functionality at any time. We are not responsible for third-party platform actions or policy changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector Booster Toolkit and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or token value
• Unauthorized access to your wallet or accounts
• Campaign failures due to blockchain issues or third-party platform restrictions
• Regulatory actions against your token or promotional activities

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse of our platform
• At our sole discretion to protect our business interests

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and class action proceedings. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in any dispute resolution process.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
